No changes for next season, but please REMEMBER THE THREE SCORERS RULE, it's basically to stop people predicting 11-10 wins and naming the whole side as goalscorers.

Participants get 5pts for the correct scoreline(eg. 1-0, 2-1 etc) or 1pt for a correct result (eg. home win, away win).

Correctly predicting the margin of victory either way or a draw gets 2pts.

Correct Whitby goalscorer earns a further 1pt. Declaring no scorer will also earn 1pt if Town fail to score.

For cup matches- results count AFTER EXTRA TIME and only refer to on the night not aggregate scores. So if you go for 4-2 Whitby and we end up drawing 2-2 AET and winning the penalty shoot out 4-2- you get bugger all! Consequently if you had Macca, Mullers, Cammy and Kev as your scorers, but Tom Portas knocked in a quickfire brace- you'd get nowt too- even if the famous four converted the penalties.

Predictions can be made any time after the match topic is posted and before kick-off on the day of the match.

Matches postponed or abandoned will be declared void, predictions wiped and re-posted when the game is re-scheduled.

Each star you recieve for correct scorelines can be traded in for double points on one match, but this must be declared WHEN YOU MAKE THE DOUBLE UP PREDICTION not after the match. You can't horde *s either, no double-doubling!

If you predict THREE OR MORE seperate goalscorers(OWN GOAL not included) and NONE of them score, you will LOSE ONE POINT. Regardless of the scoreline predicted, NO more than FIVE goalscorers can be named or NONE of them will be accepted- though the scoreline and result will still count.

Common sense will be used regarding vague information. With scorelines, 2-0 Whitby or 2-0 to Northwich, would be better than just 2-0 or 0-2. If in either case, no goalscorers are named, it will be assumed in favour of the opposition.
The new season begins in August with our first Evo-Stik Northern Premier League game, our friendly the week before will see a practice run.
